I do have to say...I was impressed with how the Giants played. I might have to change my pick to New York on this game....

After seeing the Giants, I really like them vs the Bucs. As long as they play mistake free football, they'll win this game.

Jinx!

But ya...they are now thinking, "we can compete with the leagues best. We can beat anyone in the NFC."

I was shocked with how well they played, so I won't be shocked if they make a run in the NFC.

Damn, I am excited for the playoffs!!

Re: NFC Wild Card: Giants at Bucs

Let's not forget the Ravens played the Patriots tough for 3 1/2 quarters before losing (similar to that of the Giants). That same Ravens team followed up that performance with a loss to the than 0-win Dolphins. I'm not saying the Giants are going to follow in Baltimore's footsteps, but I'm not feeling any different about the Giants after seeing them tonight. Eli proved once again that he cannot play mistake-free football for 4 quarters, and the Giants defense played sloppy in the second half. I still like the Bucs in this one, especially when the Bucs have home field advantage.

Giants, on the road (where they seem to like it) and not liking the taste of what happened in this game. Giants beat TB 24-13

Tampa is going to win this game by at least a touchdown.

Re: NFC Wild Card: Giants at Bucs

Just giving this thread a friendly bump. Looking forward to this matchup. I'm hoping the Giants can continue their play from the last couple of weeks. One thing that troubled me was that Giants passing game stalled when the Pats started blitzing Eli, late in that game. Hopefully, they worked on proper checkdowns and hot reads, in case Tampa decides to bring the house.
