WHy would a team want to win if your out of the playoffs?

My broncos are not going to the playoffs and badly need a MLB. Why in the world would they want to win the last game? I just can't understand, I would personally call crappy plays if I were shannahan.

Because it is wrong on so many levels and I'm sure if somehow ever proven would lead to a major penalty imposed by the NFL.

Uh, no. The Broncos should always play to win. Even though we had a crappy season, that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to spoil another teams playoff chances. And do you really expect Shanny to purposely lose the game?

Don't worry man, I know we had a crappy season, but I think we can get it together if we can have a consistent defense!

Makes no sense so now we'll be trying to lobby for a lower draft choice when you could just constantly call dime D especially against minny and just get ran all over!

Then on Offense just call 5 step drops because we all know we have no O-line for pass blocking.

Just don't see why a team would win when your out the playoffs.

I see nothing in the rules about throwing games for a draft position.

Read the rulebook again, champ.

I think losing games to get a draft position help builds a losing mentality. Some teams have had good picks for years (Cardinals) and look where it hsa got them.

Also say you were trying to get a top FA, your team pays nearly the same as the opposing team but the opposing team has a bright future and your team looks to be mediocre next season.
Before Kubiak we never got ANY good FAs to come here to Houston, but now this year a lot of our fans feel we can draw any FA here if we have the money and cap to do so.

That's why I always think winning is important. Just to avoid that losing mentality, something this team has had for far too long.

Why not show me in the rule book where it states that.

Building momentum I'd rather momentum be built by drafting in the top 5!
