Even if Vick gets out early, he still has to worry about the Virginia state prosecutors going after him (last I heard they are considering it); apparently it's not double jeopardy if the feds and state gov't prosecute him for the same crimes (at least that's my understanding, I'm no lawyer though).

this is old news. i reported about this like months ago. besides money has nothing to do with it because everyone is given the opportunity to do what michael vick did. if anything michael vicks case is a case in which money and fame gets you even more punishment then usual.

I wish the judicial system was more fair too....people who kill dogs shouldn't even be fined....
