Re: Rodney Harrison

That isn't the unforntunate part for you. The unfortunate part for you is that BB absolutely loves him and he WILL be a Pat until he retires. Rodney is one of the team's leaders, he is also very instrumental in grooming our young defensive players.

I agree, he has been a bit out of control recently, I've been gettin irritated with him at times too... But it is what it is.

You probably thought the same about Lawyer Milloy, didn't you?

Naw, he was really close to Millow. When he cut Millow he said that it was the hardest decision he made as a coach.

Is he a dirty player? Apparently everyone agrees that he is. I like his style of play, personally. Always have. I like hard-nosed players that will occasionally draw a flag because of how hard they play. To me, that is football.
Well said.

He was close to him as a player... BB is going to make Rodney an assistant once he retires if he doesn't get into officiating(which is something he plans on).

As far as the defense goes:

Big Sey is the big physical presence leader
Bruschi is the spiritual underdog leader
Rodney is the emotional leader.

Hell, he's the emotional leader of the entire team.

Re: Rodney Harrison

I can't wait to see Rodney deliver a late hit in the 4th quarter... as a line judge.
