So anything is possible. Realistically tho, I don't see SD beating NE.
I think backs like Sproles and Turner can be somewhat effective on screens against the Pats' ancient linebacking corp.

That is SD's only hope. Screens to those two can really hurt us. Our defense just isn't quick enough. BUT, even still, I don't see SD leaving with a win.

They'll have the height advantage as well with Jackson, Chambers, and Gates against the smurfs in the Pats defensive backfield. I expect San Diego to move the ball and the same for New England.

God forbid we actually have a non Colts-Patriots game for once.
Its not interesting because the Pats will run away.

Re: AFC Championship Game: Chargers @ Patriots

Will this game be a repeat of Week 2? Where the Chargers had no clue what they were doing? Maybe. I expect the Chargers to be better prepared on defense against the Patriots than in week 2, but it depends on how healthy Tomlinson and Rivers are. If we have to rely on Volek and Turner, it'll take more than a miracle to beat the Patriots.

I'll give my prediction later when the status of Rivers and Tomlinson is known.
