Seriously though, this seems almost like Al Davis is jealous of the Ravens, Dolphins, Redskins, and Falcons GMs getting to conduct coaching searches.

Al Davis should name himself as the coach and call it a day. He is the one that taught Bill Walsh offensive football.

I'm ok with this if it happens...Promote Rob Ryan to HC (because he has that Raiders swagger and energy that we've been missing) and we'll be contending for the Superbowl in no less than three years....
