I got tickets to the superbowl!

Well, actually my wife scored them through work, but we are off to the superbowl. Only had to pay face value for them, $700 a piece (there going for $3000 a piece on stubhub). She is a huge Pats fan and since we live in Phoenix, wont have to worry about travel and hotel cost. Looking forward to it, should be fun.

I'd sell them, buy a gigantic HDTV with a qualtiy surround system, watch it on that, and pocket the remianing $3,000.

Yeah seriously, you could do alot with money from two Superbowl tickets although if the Saints were in it I don't think I would sell them for anything.

Yea, thought about selling them for a second, but then we were like "this could be our only chance of ever seeing a superbowl live." We are both huge football fans so decided to go, plus shes from New England and a huge Patriots fan. Im bringing a camera, if i get any good shots will post some here if that ok with the mods.

yeah, this is what the superbowl used to be about. Fans seeing their team play. Too bad tickets often cost thousands of dollars, and can only be purchased through some agency who packages them with hotel and airplane tickets. I wanted to go to the panthers/patriots superbowl a few years ago, but one ticket cost like $5,000, and only could be bought through ticket whoring agencies..
