Depite the arguments about Romanowski's character, the bottom line is he was not good enough as a player to get into the HOF, much less on the first ballot.

He was a good player, but not great , IMO.

I agree. He was more of a role player than a game changer.

Being a Bronco fan, I voted no for him being in the HOF period.

He's a dirty player.

This has nothing to do with him being a Raider later, he was dirty with the 9ers, Broncos and Raiders.
