Does this mean Rodgers is starting next year?

What makes you think they didn't? The Eagles had more money on the table than the Patriots did for Moss and he still stayed in New England. I think Moss planned on staying all along and he was just playing the media.

Did someone start a suicide watch for John Madden?

As a Green Bay fan this blows. Almost brings a tear to your eye. Its it a fun ride. I imagine that Rodgers will start. Heck, maybe there will be a lil Favre in him.

I guess his decision at SB time last year wasn't quick enough for you, yet Strahan skipped training camp.

The guy loved to play football.

Bring on the Rodgers era.

Sad to see him go.

Re: Brett Favre Retires

As a Chicago Bears fan, this is really a blow to the season because the Packers/Bears game always was great to watch. I hope that Rodgers can step up quick. I hope that Brett does great in whatever else he pursues.
