Warren Sapp Calls it Quits

ESPN has confirmed that DT Warren Sapp will retire. Cant say i loved his attitude, but as a Bucs fan, he backed up the talk with some stellar play. Ill miss him and hope he finds the HOF in a Bucs uni someday

Two big retirements in one day. If only he stayed in Tampa, that time in Oakland was pretty much wasted but I think he's HOF caliber.

It's soooooooo fitting that Sapp and Favre officially retire on the SAME day. For all their battles, this is the perfect ending.

He's definately a Hall of Famer IMO.

Sapp was soo disruptive and quick for his size. He was a beast in his prime and was the anchor of the "Tampa 2" defense that has been copied throughout the league today.

Dungy and Sapp are the main reason I am a Bucs fan to this day.

I loved watching the big man cause havoc during the days when Tampa's D was dominant and the "Tampa Cover 2" scheme was originated.....with big #99 in the middle.

I normally can't stand players who constantly trash talk, but he is the exception.

I've always like the guy for some reason.

A former 'Cane calls it quits. He was a force with the Bucs. Hopefully he'll be in the HOF one day. Just for fun, here's a pic....
