coincidently i read in the paper today that pace said that the reason he joined the jets was because there mngmt was good. He said they gave former cb jamie henderson a 2 year deal despite his injuries from his motorcyle accident. I think that was just a pr move.

I don't see how they're cowards, they just want to keep their jobs.

I'm betting one of them is Coles.

Ya think?!

He said the same thing when he was with the Redskins and he's been lobbying for a new deal dating back to last season.

Lol, the veterans with the team right didn't really do so well last year, now is not the time to complain about pay. Win some games, the money will come.

I agree 100%

I love the guy to death and think he's a great player, but the guy doesn't know when to be quiet.

He's a quirky dude, he built something like a 55,000 square foot house or something ridiculous like that. No wonder he needs more money...

The problem with Coles is he wants #1 receiver money when he hasn't performed like one because he can't stay healthy. If he could play the entire season then I could justify reworking his contract, but he's been getting injured too much lately.
