Bears=Losers in this draft. even though they got tillman and Briggs, Having two first round picks, they should have gotten more value from BOTH of them. Haynes is one of the worst first round picks they've ever made (except maybe Benson) and Grossman is lucky to still be on the team.

That being said, Dockery wasn't a bad late round pick-up. He would still be a Redskin had the Bills not offered him an obscene amount of money last year.
You forgot the great Gibran Hamdan in the 7th round. But for a guy drafted so late he is still floating around the league.

Skins Grade: F+ (mainly due to us only have 3 picks. Dockery was a great pick.)

Can't say I agree. Yes the first round could've been better (for a lot of people). But besides Briggs and Tillman, you got:

DT Ian Scott - Who was solid for us. A regular in the rotation.
WR Justin Gage - Led the Titans in catches last year
WR Bobby Wade - Led the Vikings in catches last year

So not bad. At least Rex started for a Super Bowl team, Michael Haynes was a total washout, and many people thought the Bears were reaching when they drafted him...they were right.

First off... Great thread!

Second, re: Seahawks...

7- Josh Brown, K

Trufant is a stud. Hamlin has been to the Pro-Bowl. Hunter sucked, now I think he is on the Jets. Wallace is a solid backup and a decent option at WR. Bates played a bit in 2004, but now I think he is on some practice squad. Davis is out of the league. Moore played for Seattle in 2003 and 2004, now he is on the bench somewhere. Brown is one of the leagues best.

B
I would agree with the grade of B, and add this:

Hamlin started off looking great, knocking guys heads off... Then he got his stomped on in Pioneer Square. That incident kind of summed up Hamlin: brazen, and not too smart. Josh Brown in the seventh round is tremendous, he's been a great kicker with many clutch field goals.

So, two outstanding players in Trufant and Brown, a solid backup QB in Wallace, and some production out of Hamlin. Yeah, a "B" sounds right... Maybe "B-".
