Dropsies or not, he's rarely considered the hands down best WR in the league right now, let alone of all times. He's always considered one of the best right now with the potential to be one of the greatest of all times.

That's about right... not overrated.

I'm in the group that absolutely can't stand TO but theres no way he's overated. Physically theres no WR like him, and he is nearly as good at any aspect of playing the position as any other WR in the league. There are only 1 or 2 other WR I'd even consider on TO's level.
