Losing Tebow and Harvin next year would be devastating...sigh.

I'd say they're both locks to be top 15 picks though, assuming No Mercy stays healthy this year.

Certainly no worse than Top 10 IMO.

It would all really come down to needs. If the Lions are picking near the top, it's a lock he's gonna be taken.

With all of Percy's injury concerns and concerns about how Tebow's game translates to the next level. I would consider both of them to be far from locks.
