Sort of undecided now on this situation with new witnesses not on Benson's boat stating Benson seemed to be fine and the police used excessive force for no reason..

Well, if Benson's career is any indication, he might have thought he was willingly walking to the squad car but he wasn't actually moving toward the squad car.

Actually, knowing Cedric Benson, and what a thug he is, no I'm not.

Not to mention, the cops (even river patrol) are not going to attack a wealthy sports star without provocation.

Could they have overreacted? Sure.

But coming on like Cedric Benson is Mr. Innocent and the gestapo "oppressed him" for no reason is ridiculous.
