Yeah, and yet another example of how dangerous the roads are on holidays (especially at night). For all of you guys who attend parties on days like New Years or 4th of July, please have an educated plan of getting back home if you know you are going to get messed up.

another reason not to drink in drive, it's sad that he lost his life but he could've ended someone elses also
