No thanks. I think the QB position is better without Duante. Grossman has lost us a few games over the years but he has also won a few games. He is the only Bears quarterback I have seen that can make the throws that win games since Jim McMahon.

Orten is a nice back up, solid guy but limited.

I am not really a Grossman fan, I wouldn't have resigned him, but he has the ability to be a top 10 QB if his confidence and head are right.

Anyway hopefully we only need to throw the ball 20 times a game this year.

I think the best part of the situation is that there is a QB competition. I did not want to see another year where Grossman was automatically starter. Orton not really good or anything, but based on his record as a starter he's reliable enough. This QB competition might be what the Bears need to get both playing their best. Or it might just be futile, only time will tell.
