Re: Who Do You Watch Football Games With?

I tend to watch them by myself. Though I love to have a little company every now and then. On Holidays, the family usually joins in too.

I watch FSU games by myself, Bucs games either A) at the game or with my brother and my wife. If its a big FSU game, Auburn game, or Bucs game, whole family gets together

I usually watch either by myself, with my girlfriend, or with my girlfriend and my family.

We all get pretty up for football, especially VT football.

Definitely watch my Texans games by myself. That way I can concentrate, yell, celebrate, and analyze, without any distractions.

We have Sunday Ticket so it's pretty fun hearing people in the other rooms of the house cheering or whatever.

If I'm not watching other games by myself, I watch them with my brothers or Dad.

I watch the games on Sunday with my brother (optimistic Packers' fan, now adopting the Jets for obvious reasons) and/or a friend or two (the one that's around the most is an incredibly pessimistic Eagles' fan, makes for fun times during Eagles games) most of the time.

Re: Who Do You Watch Football Games With?

I usually get together with five of my boys. One of my buddies has a 108" HD Projector so we watch the games at his place. We always order food, usually from a good wing place a few towns over. Typically I'm there from 12:30 til 7 but if it's a good Sunday Night game I'll stay for the first half. It's usually a split between us, three Pats fans and three Giants fans.

The wifey hates football with a passion but fortunately she loves basketball (my fav sport) and enjoys baseball enough to watch Yankee games with me. Football is a no-go though, she hates it w. a passion and refuses to watch it, even the Super Bowl.

I've never been a fan of going to a bar for games. It's a Sunday afternoon and I want to be in sweatpants on a couch with cheap beer and food, not paying $3 for a Coors Light and sitting in a booth or a bar stool. Not to mention you usually can't hear anything the announcers are saying, though in this day and age that's a good thing most of the time. I also want to be near a computer to check on my fantasy team and keep an eye on other games around the league.

Re: Who Do You Watch Football Games With?

My house has been football HQ for years. But as I've gotten older...friends move farther or maybe even out of your life completely. Now I may have a friend here and there, but it's moving into the time now where I'll start watching with my son, which is funny cuz I started watching football as a small boy because of my dad. The first season I remember was Walter Payton's rookie year.

Now I've come full circle.

Re: Who Do You Watch Football Games With?

It used to watch games with my fiancee, her son, and my room mate. We'd alternate weeks between my apartment and the local Colts bar. Even though it was a Colts bar they'd have the Bears game on a smaller TV as well as the Bengals game too. This coming season I don't know how things will go.
