I think you've got to switch Dallas and Washington. The Skins have impressed me with wins against the Cowboys and the Eagles on the road.

Re: Week 6 - Show me YOUR power rankings

I'd put the Skins as high as 2. Who else has played the best division all on the road, plus the Saints? Pitt, though the record despite the injuries is impressive, hasn't gotten into the teeth of their schedule yet. They still go to Wash, TN & NE, & host Dal, NYG, SD & Indy. The Titans may be unbeaten, but I don't think any of those wins will end up being vs a playoff team.

My top 5 in order would be Giants, Skins, Titans, Steelers, Cowboys.

I think the Bucs would disagree with you on that comment, but thankfully as a Bronco fan they played the Bucs defensive game and beat em at it, just wish they could do this week in week out.

I think Carolina is the team to beat in the NFL right now btw, the best team in the AFC is the Titans atm.

Re: Week 6 - Show me YOUR power rankings

1. Giants - They're the champs after all
2. Redskins - Solid defense and Campbell's looking very good in Zorn's system
3. Titans - Statistically they don't have the best defense in the league but they sure play like they do.
4. Cowboys - When Romo is on, they win more often then not
5. Bills - Despite getting the stuffing beat out of them they're the real deal

Re: Week 6 - Show me YOUR power rankings

1. Giants - defending champs gotta lose to lose this spot, imo.
2. Titans - dominating with defense.
3. Steelers - brutal schedule and heavy injuries on both sides of the ball but squeezing out wins.
4. Redskins - perhaps have a case to be higher, other than Week 1 they've rattled off tough road wins.
5. Bills
6. Cowboys
7. Panthers
8. Broncos
9. Patriots
10. Eagles

Re: Week 6 - Show me YOUR power rankings

I'm not sure if I'd put the Giants at #1. Their schedule has been very weak so far (STL, CIN, and SEA... combined 1 win). Their one win against Washington was good though. Then again, they jumped out to a nice lead but couldn't do much after the 1st half. They haven't played Philly or Dallas yet, either.

I guess I would put Tennessee at #1. Can't argue with 5-0. They've beaten Jacksonville, Houston (0-4 but they lost their last two games by combined 7 points inc. an OT game), Cincinnati (meh...), Baltimore, and Minnesota.

I'm not sure where I would put Pittsburgh. They are 4-1 but they're so vulnerable with that porous line. I just can't forget seeing Big Ben go down so many times against Philly (who are just 2-3, too).

These standings are going to be flipped all around soon enough. Once more division games get played and teams start to hit the tougher part of their schedule, it'll be a lot different. For example, I can see a team like Houston finishing around .500 even though they're winless so far just because they've had a very tough schedule up to now. PIT, JAC, TEN, and IND? Come on now.
