Re: Tony Gonzalez to the Giants?

tony and lj should of been traded a year ago, the rebuilding is a year too late in my opinion. verdict is still out on herm i think you evalute this team on the last eright games of this season and if theres no improvement then herm and carl must go. i like herm personally and think he still deserves a chance. i know this isn't a popular opinion and any sucess he had in new york is all said to be that of parcells . but in 2004 they were one missed fg from upsetting the 15-1 steelers, parcells left several years before that.

I wouldn't mind this at all.
I would love to see this..a vertical physical threat and red zone presence ..oh yea..teams will have to repect him ...and that will make it much easier for Plax, Toomer, and the running game...

Talk on local Philly sports stations (WIP) indicating that the Eagles have contacted the Chiefs, but that the 2nd round draft choice price tag might be high. However, there is an interest. In light of L.J. Smith's recent play....there might be more that interest.

TG for a second rounder? I say do it Reese. We'll still have Boss as a backup in case TG retires and this year we'd get an incredible boost to an already explosive offense.

Giants don't need a tight end, they need a defensive end.
