Wow a surprisingly great game! Goal line stand at the end for the Cardinal win.

Re: Monday Night: Niners vs Cardinals

why didn't they spike the ball? And Frank Gore was running to soft on that play. He had a clear path to the endzone. Dumb play calling and stupid running by the niners. I am not a niners fans and it must suck for those who wanted SF to win.

why didn't they spike?

it was 3rd down...stupid stupid stupid.

Singletary cost his team the game with conservative *** play calling.

Re: Monday Night: Niners vs Cardinals

No problem with taking that long to spike it. But to run the ball twice????

Crazy stupid football game on both sides of the ball from both teams.

Re: Monday Night: Niners vs Cardinals

Words can't describe the last 40 seconds. Why waste 20 seconds just to spike the ball? I understand the thought of not leaving them time, but you don't have any timeouts if something goes wrong. Brutal. I don't even want to know what they were thinking with that last play call. Robinson up the middle...why? He's not a huge back and the 49ers o-line wasn't exactly blowing them up all night. As bad as Hill is at times, there's a better chance of getting it through the air there and at least giving him options. Ugh. I hate being a 49ers fan at times like this.
