Re: 2009 Pro Bowl roster

Wow, 7 Jets made it after 0 were taken last year. Pretty much all of them deserved it aside from Favre, but I can understand him being chosen because he's Favre.

Ratliff has been pretty solid since game one, not just the 2nd half. He's probably been the most consistent Cowboys defender.

For the first time in a looooong time, no Titans players got jobbed out of a spot at all really. Maybe Bironas has a case, but that's about it.

Bulluck is a great leader and character guy but ever since he hasn't been the #1 defender on the Titans he has assumed a fairly limited impact role. Between when the ball is snapped and the play is blown dead, he's about average for a 4-3 OLB in my opinion. Occassionally he has insane games but hasn't yet this season (saving it for the playoffs would be fine with me ).

Griffin could have made it but if there are only 3 safety spots to hand out, and the guy taking #3 is his teammate Chris Hope, then that's fair enough. 3 players for 2 spots seems low to me though, they should have 4.
