Lewand's just the business guy, I don't think he has that much to do with the football players specifically (drafting, FA, etc)...not sure about the other guy though.

I just hope they get a true good GM who can clean house as needed.

What? his team is going 0-16 and you're saying one more season then he is gone? Al Davis looks like a genius compared to Ford.
