They could have and I just missed it but I didn't hear anything about it and can't imagine anyone not thinking it's stupid that he got the penalty, but that is the rule. I'd really like to hear the reason if they fined him.

Ellis for picking up such a large chunk of snow, which gave him a problem to throw it ... or the fans for throwing snow balls WHEN THEIR TEAM WON?

Unless they were angry Jets fans.

Personally, even though he has a bad rep ... he shouldn't be fined. The NFL is weak.
