Re: Wow, Peppers wants to leave?

Wow, this sucks. But if I'm Pep, I do the same thing. I mean, how are you going to get a pass rush with the front 4 with Tyler Brayton as your other DE and Damione Lewis as your 3 technique? But when people say we don't have a pass rush, they automatically criticize Peppers.

He would be awesome in a 3-4 scheme or a team where there is some real talent on the D-Line.

If Peppers leaves though, we would have BY FAR the worst defensive line in the NFL. I'm willing to get rid of out coordinator to keep him.

Sad to see him go but I think it's time for him to move for himself, he really was a nice piece to the team and great guy if you are un-happy why stay in the same place, Whoever gets him will be one happy team and hopefully he keeps up the great job he did with carolina with his new team.

I think Peppers could be damn good in a 3-4. So if he absolutely wants out of Carolina, we have to get something in return. You don't let a player of that worth just walk away. Draft picks, d-lineman, etc.

Peppers could prolly play some DE in a 3-4 but would be sick at OLB.

F the 3-4. He can come to Houston and load up on the sacks with Mario, it can be a contest...one is from NC State and the other is a Tarheel....Probably won't happen though he'll just go to the Pats or something.

How exactly are you going to deal with the two major problems with this idea?

1.) The Cap.

B- He isn't completely over the hill yet
