New England has to be the team of the decade. Whenever you think about whos in the conversation as the SB champ when each season starts, New England is always the first name on the list. Every year they do what has to be done to get into the playoffs and get far in the playoffs(this year is the exception, but come on! 11-5 with a kid who hadn't started since high school.) Bear in mind that I am a Chargers fan saying this but I have to give credit where it is due. If New England has a healthy Tom Brady this year, they win it all, bottom line.

Pats can have team of the decade, Steelers are 6-1 in Super Bowls overall and have more Lombardi Trophies than any other team.

The steelers are a lot more likeable than the Pats. Thats why they get my vote. Their players have more star power. Their coach is much more charasmatic, and their city is far less annoying.

Good for you. Glad you have the ammo you need when you can't help but poke your chest out. You're a fan of a team that's done a lot of great things in the past. The argument doesn't mean much in any conversation about the present or future. There are plenty valid arguments for the steelers in this discussion, but that is far from one of them.

With that criteria in mind, I will give my vote to the Kansas City Cheifs for team of the decade.
