sad news...

i don't live all that far from clearwater and have been keeping up with this story on our local news. the weather made a really weird turn here in florida on saturday night into sunday, and it changed pretty quick.

i hope they are found alive, but knowing how these things play out i'd be very shocked.

I don't know much about searches, but from watching 24 last season, can't they look at satellite images from the day they cast out and find out what happened in the waters then?

I hope there's some good news coming out of this, even if it be the discovery of the Loch Ness Monster.

ESPN Is reporting that the Coast Guard has found a boat 30 miles offshore with a person clinging to it.

the one found (schuyler) stated the other three "got split up" (not sure what that means, but that's the early report). that can't be good...
