He was a very good player for a few years but no, not a first ballot HOFer in my book.

I still say he deserves to be first ballot. We're talking about an 8 time probowler and an all time guy at his position.

I don't think he or Tim Brown make it in on the first ballot, but I think they both deserve to. I see Brown getting the Art Monk treatment. Not sure what will happen to Williams, will it be his 2nd year that he makes it or does he have a long road ahead of him as well.
