Was the 1992 NFL draft the worst of all time?

I got inspired by the 1998 draft thread and started going over some other past drafts to see how good and.or bad some of them were. I then came across this one from '92 and my jaw dropped at just how bad it was.

Does any year even come close to being this bad?

Probably.

6 total All Pros for a combined 8 spots of All Pro.

By comparison, 1989's 3-5 draft picks had 14 spots of All Pro.

Maybe as a whole, but there are some pretty decent players, like Jimmy Smith and Troy Vincent. Even Jeff Blake was an okay player at QB. Sam Gash was a great FB for a long time. As a whole, yes, very bad. But, it had it's individual successes.

Indy had the 1st two picks in the draft and still whiffed on both of 'em.

Every draft has had some individual successes, but this draft was just plain bad. Compare this one as a whole to any other and it's not even close.

Wow....that draft is pretty bad. Terrell Buckley was a solid CB, but definitely not worthy of being a Top 5 pick that's for sure.

Some players I remember thinking would be good NFL players include Desmond Howard (sure he was a Pro Bowler but as a RS), Vaughn Dunbar, Tony Sacca, and Kevin Smith. It is hard to believe former FSU backup QB Brad Johnson was the best QB in this Draft.

Both guys failed due to injury. Emmann was a powerlifter who played football. All that muscle on the joints caused them to fail and cut his career short. Coryatt was a solid player but again, his body failed him.
