Completely agreed. T.O. is destructive when it comes to teams, but not in the legal aspect.

Has Chad Johnson done anything illegal?

The reference was made between the two because they're both bad for their teams because of their personalities. One of the problems w/ the Bengals is Chad Johnson, and his distrations is it not?

My main point was that in a thread comparing the Bills and Bengals and their off the field troubles(which im pretty sure the OP had in mind when creating the thread),was there was no need for Owens or Ocho Cinco to be mentioned in this thread. That's what I was saying.
