The main issue they have with JC is that he's so laid back though, so drawing a line in the sand is probably the best thing he can do at this point.

And replace him with who? Honestly would you take Colt Brenna, Mark Sanchez or Todd Collins over him at this point? Collins' had his greates success in an offense that he had been in for 10 years. Colt Brennan is still a project IMO if not a career back-up, Sanchez played 16 games at USC, has never not been surronded by great talent, and would still have to learn this offense of the fly, while playing behind a joke of an offensive line, with short receivers and 2 second year pass catchers.
