Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones is at the Kentucky Derby. He told NBC's Bob Costas:

"Our rookies, approximately 27 of them, recently drafted free agents as well as our coaching staff as well as our scouting were the principle people in there. A few media. We know of at least one injury. They did not get good warning there and the structure did collapse. And we're assessing who's injured at this particular time."

I am watching the raw footage on the news right now. It's pretty insane, players running around everywhere.

Everyone IS out and there was only 1 coach taken away on a stretcher

Dallas Meteorologists say no, just heavy wind and tons of rain. Theyre not sure tho.

The Cowboys' indoor facility at Valley Ranch collapsed Saturday afternoon during a rookie mini-camp practice, as thunderstorms and high winds rolled through the Dallas area.
At least four members of the team's staff were taken to a nearby hospitals. Special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis was taken away on a stretcher after sustaining a blow to the head. Team spokesman Rich Dalrymple said he was not aware of the extent of all the injuries.
Irving fire and rescue workers were on the scene within 10 minutes of the building's collapse. All players and coaches have been accounted for, and the remainder of the mini-camp has been cancelled.
About 30 minutes into the second practice of the day, the building's roof began to tremble and suspended light fixtures started shaking. Seconds later the building collapsed, sending the 27 players, any maybe 30 members of the team's staff and local media scrambling. Several players, still wearing helmets, helped free one news reporter from the debris as rain and winds continued to blow down on the scene.
Irving fire department officials are expecyed to brief the media soon. More to come.

Re: Cowboys Practice Bubble collapses on players, media, fans

They actually have raw footage from inside the facility as it is collapsing. The top just blew up, and the steel structure start caving in. One guy was on a high platform, and rode it down, but he was OK. Afterward players were tearing through the material to find people trapped underneath. Campo, Garrett, and other coaches were helping.

Not a tornado, just heavy wind and rain, and the rain probably collected on top creating weight, then the wind did the rest.

And we have more weather coming right behind it, too.

I hate the Cowboys but I care about those people as human beings. I hope they're alright and thank goodness it wasn't worse then what it looked like in those 2 screens.

Crazy stuff there.
