I don't know why anyone would honestly get sports news and opinions from ESPN anymore. It has been a circus there for a long time now. ESPN doesn't have the calibur of analysts, when compared to NFL Network for example.

Tom Jackson has an axe to grind with the Raiders and makes no attempt to hide his contempt.

It's pathetic.

Unfortunately some of us are at school and can't get quality like MLB, NFL, and NHL network. I'm gonna be in heaven when I go home for the summer.

Re: ESPN = No Class?

To be honest, the treatment that Heyward-Bey is receiving in some quarters is crossing the line. Yes, "experts" are entitled to their opinion, but like it or not, he was selected at 7 and he deserves a little more respect than what is being shown.

Respect is earned, yes, not handed out, though if you believed everything you read you would be forgive for thinking Heyward-Bey as the worst player in the freaking draft. Enough.

Yes, I hate the selection, I think it's a move that will backfire though I am happy for the kid to prove me wrong and as it stands today, I hope he freaking does so as to jam it up some of the 'experts' who haven't taken a hit on the football field.

Exactly.

No one needs to smash the Raiders, they do a good job of smashing themselves. But for the ESPN guys to mock a player like that, isnt called for.

ESPN as a whole is a circus. Look at the anaylists for every sport just about. I could write a list all day of clowns that ESPN employs that make me sick.

Lou Holtz (this guy is an absolute joke to be on tv. I only understand about every other word he says. Isnt mic skills something a tv personality needs? He acts like hes on coke as well. Blundering Idiot)

Mark May (bias clown who absolutely hates Ohio St for some reason)

Skip Bayless (biggest Lebron ***** in the free world)

Chris Berman (tired old guy who Bermanisms are annoying after 20 years)

Lee Corso (a less mild version of Lou Holtz)

Steven A Smith (classless mf'er. Glad he got canned)

Jim Rome (the fact that this guy has a job is a disgrace)

Bringing all the former NFL guys in to do the draft is dumb in the first place. Keyshawn Johnson, Steve Young, Cris Carter?? Seriously

The Sportcenter anchors are the ones who are fun to watch.

I agree and the same goes for disrespect.

Let the kid actually do something wrong before ESPN and other pundits start the media beatdown.

Re: ESPN = No Class?

Strange...I didn't get any of this on my TV during the draft. Oh, that's right! Because I was watching it on the NFL Network!
