Yeah, you shouldn't worry. Parcells and company are big on building teams for the long haul & that's generally by building from the inside-out. OL & DL are a premium then the D, from there it's generally QB, RB's & skill positions. By doing so it makes the team very competitive for long periods of time because in their primes, a good OL & DL have can have a shelf life of 8+ years while good skill players are 4-8. Plus, he likes to bring in smart players, not necessarily physical specimens. Guys who play with their heads & can help others instead of talented guys who look out for themselves.

You guys are in great shape. Look at the Cowboys now, Parcells & co built that team. Romo - Witten - Ware - Barber - Canty (NYG) - Burnett (SD) - Fasano (MIA) - Ratliff - B. James - Newman - Crayton - McBrair - etc all these guys were scouted & developed and are still making big impacts for their teams.
