Ah, that's right. I forgot about when Wade Phillips broke Jason Garrett's jaw.

Regardless of what a couple of you guys say, this incident is not the sort of thing that happens frequently.

You're lamely using one set of coaches to defend your position but the reality is they could be slapping each other twice a week and we just haven't heard of it. Go ahead...prove they haven't.

Half the football bio's I've read featured at least one story of coaches getting confrontational and I've been in lockerooms with brawling coaches so don't blithley post a smirking emoticon like it conveys some special weight to your opinion.

Yeah, Rich Gannon and Tim Brown were straight out thugs! Raiders organization is pathetic.

Steve Smith slugs a teammate, he's a thug.
'Sheed slugs a teammate, he's a thug.
TO fights a teammate in Philly, he's a thug.
Sprewell attacks his coach, he's a thug.

Head coach attacks his assistant, its good for team unity & can be a rallying cry. Shakes up a team from its losing ways.

The double standards fans & sports commentators alike come up w/really amaze me.
