Adams thinks he can beat Usain Bolt this way:

- 20 yard race

- Bolt has to be in the cold tub for 20 minutes prior

- Adams gets a 5 yard advantage

- Bolt can't move before he sees Adams move

I guarantee Adams would win. Mostly cause Bolt's legs would cease to be connected to his body about 10 yards into the race. I regularly use cold tubs and I'd rather play slap with polar bears. You just don't do anything explosive after that. It's a guaranteed injury, even for Mr. Bolt.

Also, Adams would be atleast $100 000 outta pocket to get Bolt to start.

Rumor has it Bears would like to see Bolt suit up for them so maybe Adams is just trying topave the way with a little good humored challenge.

No sane athlete would think that was a real challenge after the ice bath stipulation.
