Who is your choice for QB?

they question of this thread is which quarterback would you pick to build your dream franchise around. of course we have the common choices of Joe Montana and johnny Unitas but there is a near endless supply of player that you can chose from. so who would it be??

for me despite his problems with concussions it would be troy Aikman. He virtually slaughtered pretty much every pass defense with his on the money throws. he also had the ability to lead a team to a championship and would have thrown alot more TD's if it was not for the concussions

A lot of people will contend that that honor goes to John Elway.

John Elway. I was a Seahawks/Raiders fan in my teens till the Panthers arrived. Elway infuriated me 1000's of times. Best QB ever, IMO.

I'd go with Elway or Marino. They both had phenomenal physical tools, as well as the intangibles.

I think either one could've been just as sucessful in Walsh's offense as Montana.

Conversely though, I don't know if Montana could've had as much success w/ the Dolphins or Broncos.
