If you seen that on Tila's twitter its more than likely a lie but, it doesn't have to be on twitter she just lies. (i.e grandmother dying, not drinking, meeting the DA, deleting her tweets, way to many holes in her story, no bruises, witnesses statements) and I could go on and on. Bottom line the DA had no case because, of her incosistances in her story and I believe they know shes not to be trusted with anything that comes out of her mouth.

Tila didn't realize that once you delete something from the internet its never really gone. That made this case go by even faster and hopefully she won't last to long in the civil case either. Don't worry, be happy(singing bob marley lol) on to MNF!
