I know, but it seems like they've gotten worse in all sports. Probably just because there are so many more outlets for mistakes to be shown.

I been watching this game and here are some observations:

- I liked what Minny was doing for most of the first half with all those different formations and spreading the ball around. It actually reminds me of what some college teams tend to do and it was working for them!

- Brad Childress needs to shave that mountain man beard ASAP

- Brady Quinn looks pretty good today and you got to admire the tenacity of the Brownies throughout the half.

- Brett Favre can't run the shotgun formation anymore (and that used to be his bread and butter) He looks like he's in slow motion while everyone else is 2 to 3x faster then he is. He just looks really slow out there and is taking some punishment.

- Josh Cribbs= Mr. Excitement!

I'm not taking anything away from Cribbs, because he is easily one of the top returners in the NFL, but even that old man in the Keystone commercial who gets popped with a beer can could run circles around our special teams...
