Re: 49ers @ Cardinals

I didn't get to watch much of the game, just the 4th qtr. How much of the running problems was the Cardinals stuffing the box, making the niners beat them with the pass? If that is the case the more the niners have success in the passing game the more the other team can't load the box.

As for the Cards, it was the first game of the season. Offenses are a little bit behind defenses right now; they should be putting up more points per game than this by season's end.
They should and probably will get better but their offensive line wasnt blocking anyone for the majority of the game. The one series that they finally started to block was the TD drive that ended with the pass to Fitzgerald. Warner can still throw if given time but he isnt making many plays under pressure and yesterday he was under pressure for the majority of the game. If the Cardinals can improve their blocking then they will be fine.

I thought you had to be rated in order to be overrated. Sure the made it to the SB last season, but only because all the stars were aligned just right. Hot team, right place, right time. It probably won't happen again anytime soon.

I was going to say the same thing lol. Make their first superbowl and all of the sudden you're hated after so many bad seasons? I think it's funny that its a Colts fan and Saints fan who I really couldn't see why they would have a problem with the Cards haha.
