Though Philly has plenty of talent and their defense looked pretty good last Sunday, I wouldn't say they are the favorites going away, not at this point. It's not every game you get to beat up on a self-destructing Jake Delhomme.

By the same token, I want to see what the Cowboys' offense can do against a defense that's a number of steps up the ladder from the Buccaneers. I'm pretty sure we can keep the Giants' pass rush in check, as historically we've done a good enough job with them considering their talent, but the Giants' second-level players are by and large better than those on the Bucs as well.

Interesting to see how the Giants OL regroups. I don't recall if all of them were there for that 8 sack game but that's still on the minds of the ones who played. That's something they want to make up for. I'm sure it also something Dallas wants to repeat.

What's even more interesting is whether or not Dallas can even muster some pressure on Eli. In case you forgot, they went sackless last Sunday against a QB who takes three days to throw the ball. That's what I'll be looking for.

Well then stop MISINFORMING the general public w/ your fodder...

Because 2 of those wins come from 2007 when a one TERRELL OWENS caught 4 TDs (2 in each game).

Another of those 4 wins came last year w/o Brandon Jacobs in the lineup.

Those are two rather GLARING omissions that should impact this matchup, AND future matchups between these two teams.

Sacks aren't always an indicator of pressure. They got to Leftwich plenty and his throws were erratic. But then again who can't get to the statue.

I agree with you on that one. But even when they were getting pressure it was too little too late. They laid Byron out a few times after his release and did force some erratic throws....but better QBs would not have missed some of those passes.

Can't wait for the game! Could go either way, but of course, I like my Giants.
