I think next year Revis's numbers will decline greatly, the same way that Asomugha's numbers dropped after his Pro Bowl season. People will simply ignore whoever it is he's covering, which honestly makes you a much better player than if you, say, got 10 picks every season.

They already do it this year. Peter King said that Rivers threw against Revis four times which makes it even more remarkable that Revis had a game changing interception.

It's different with Asomougha and Revis though. Asomougha only stays on one side of the field so the offense can keep their #1 WR on the other side of the field and still be able to throw to him. Revis is constantly on the #1 guy and teams are still going to throw that way because, well it's their #1 WR.

Revis has used these playoffs as a showcase. He has absolutely impressed me. For my money, I'm taking him over everyone, right now.

Yup, that's correct.

According to www.profootballfocus.com, Revis was thrown at 111 times for a QB Rating of 32. That's amazing, especially cosidering he was covering the best in the league.

On the other hand, Nnandi was only targeted 28 times all season. That's pretty amazing as well.

Then in their rankings, all things considered, Woodson was rated the best corner because of all the turnovers he created and versatility he provided, including his run stopping ability.

It really is a great debate between those 3 this season.
