Heres my take as a avid Bucs fan for over 12 years.
First of all Raheem was not an upgrade over Gruden, though I didnt care much for Gruden, def a better coach.

Offense:
They need to play Freeman if they arent going to play Leftwich
The running game is decent with a decent O-line but that is not nearly as effective with a weak defense.
The receivers overall, are average at best. I love K2, though Im waiting for him to make a difference. Bryant is good when he's healthy but they could've done without him and Clayton. They way overpaid for both those guys.
They shouldve drafted 2-3 WR's and picked up a veteran like Torry Holt or tried to keep Galloway.

Defense:
This is where things are a mess. IMO the only decent unit on the D is the secondary.
The LB's stink, Ruud has started horribly so far, and the line, what a complete mess. Gaines adams makes me sick. I respect Chris Hovan and thats it but he is older an slower now and be better in a rotation.

Its gonna be a long long year for the Bucs.
I'd really like to see them put Freeman in. Josh Johnson isnt ready to start.
And as long as they keep getting behind in games, having a good run game doesnt mean shhit..
I hope im wrong but my prediction:
1-2 wins and prob the 1st or 2nd pick in 2010 draft.
I think Bucs are worst team in NFL.unfortunately
