The titans played the worst game in history

I just checked my nfl records and facts book to see what was the biggest shutout victory and it was 66 points done by a team in 1920. The 2nd was 64 then 62 and all are older records. So today we had one that must be in the top 5 and as everyone knows/saw it easily could have been more than 66-0 had New England decided to really run it up even more by "trying" in the 4th qtr.

So if we take the above into account and factor in tenn had negative pass yards, the 5 (or was it 6?) turnovers and also that the NFL today is built around this crap not happening AND that Tenn is not some expansion team (even with the injuries they had) I think it is safe to say they put up the worst performance in NFL history and they should be embarrassed not only for themselves but for the NFL as a whole and pro sports.

I have never in my entire life of watching sports seen a team quit like they did so early on. Once that game was 10-0 or maybe 17-0 they just gave up.

Pathetic and I really have no idea how Jeff Fisher will be able to stomach being around those clowns during practice. How do you do that for a coach like Fisher? Sickening.

I'm still annoyed that the Pats ran it up after going up 38-0 by having wonder boy throw the 5th and (especially) the 6th TDs since it was PURELY done to boost his thus far mediocre season but I guess when you are facing a team that is full of supposed pro athletes who are saying they have no pride and balls to show any effort you may as well humiliate them as much as you want.

Simply a pathetic game and most of the titans players should be fined a game's pay cheque since they clearly were not truly playing.

Actually, the biggest shutout victory was the 1940 NFL championship game.

Chicago Bears 73
Washington Redskins 0

This really could have been left in the Titans/Pats thread.
