I really sympathize, knowing how bad the Jets were a couple of yrs ago, but Man, are the Raiders normally this bad? It's like they've never even practiced together...

that had to be one of the most pathetic performances in the history of Oakland ever, there are no excuses for that loss...if we don't get tebow in the draft somehow, i will be very very very pissed...very

Motivating a group of professionals is quite a bit different than motivating a bunch of college kids. The Raiders vets would just roll their eyes at Tebow. If Richard Seymour can't motivate them than Tebow sure as hell can't......it's not like he'll ever be anything other than a career NFL backup anyway.
