Re: ROTY candidates so far?

OROY: Harvin most likely
DROY: Almost certainly Byrd unless he gets injured long term or performs poorly the rest of the way.

If it were announced today, I would have no problem if he were named RoTY. That said, to say there would be no debate about it is crazy to me.

But we still have half a season to go.

Your guy is good too. I just have seen more Vikings game and this guy is ripping up the league in my opinion. And now Brett is starting to find this guy more too. I like your guy too always have and think he is the real deal too.

Gotta make a case here for Brian Cushing. He's leading his team in tackles, leads all rookies in tackles, and is 5th in the NFL. But he's not just a tackler, he's an all around playmaker. He's one of two guys with a forced fumble, sack, interception, & safety. Cushing has been a force from the moment he took the field even after missing all of the preseason.

O - Wallace. He's been having a great year for a rookie in Pitt.
D - Byrd. 7 picks is amazing for a rookie.

Mike Wallace as OROTY? Over Harvin, Sanchez, Moreno, etc.? I agree he's having a great year but not better than those guys.

Can't believe Byrd has 7 picks. I actually didn't know that until now.
