I think the Browns are heads and shoulders the worst. Vote based on the talent, or lack thereof, on the team.

The Rams and Bucs are 1a and 1b IMO but I voted for the Rams. The Browns are better than both of those teams.

Don't forget the Raiders either.

The Browns are downright horrible.Derek Anderson almost makes JaMarcus Russell look good.

The Rams are only slightly better.

I'll rank the Lions slightly better than the Rams when healthy.

I really don't think the Bucs are pathetic,just bad.

The Raiders can look terrible three games then pull one out of their *** once a month.

The Redskins have a very good defense.Their o-line is hurting bad but they do have some talent on offense.

The Bucs are the only team I feel for on that list. They at least try to win games and give it their all, they're just bad.. that's all. The other teams are not only downright terrible but they also give up and seem to not care at all.
