NE way, i believe Brady is a product of the system. Peyton is the system...Brady has playmakers, Peyton makes playmakers...imho. Not big on either overall, both would get it done....but ima go with Peyton, think hes a better overall QB.
I think that's taking it a little too far. Brady is incredible to watch. His passes are almost always on the money. Matt Cassel, on the other hand, I believe was the product of the system.

This whole "product of the system" crap is just nonsense IMO. Every QB in the league is in a system. How do we know that Peyton isn't a product of the system? Matt Ryan? Eli Manning? Brett Favre? I mean how do you even define who is and isn't a product of the system? Please tell me that. Every QB is in a system and they play within that system. What makes someone a product of it?

That 'crap' is the NFL...When someone else can step in and do just as good...then it is a successful system...I mean, yea every QB is in a system, but do THEY make it successful, or does it make them? All the QBs you named prolly would suck on a new offense...even Farve, but the greats adjust and make it work for them. I really think Brady is a good QB, but personally, i think he's overhyped because of that 'system'.

BTW...i dont hate the Pats or Brady. Not at all blinded by hate or love.

I don't know. Brady didn't start putting up monstrous numbers until like the year he got Moss and they decided to never run the ball, but it was pretty apparent he was a very skilled QB before then. He's honestly one of the most amazing QBs I've ever personally seen. It's beautiful watching him stand in the pocket and just deliver perfect passes all game long like it's nothing.

I have difficulty making a guy who was a part of the single greatest choke job in sports history my choice for QB. Yeah, the defense let the Pats down, but if you have the greatest offense of all time, scoring 14 points is simply unforgivable.

I'd probably take Ben Roethlisberger because even as his defense crumbled in the fourth quarter, he remained poised, lead his team down field, and made the greatest throw in Super Bowl history to win the game. That guy is simply Elway-esque. I'm not going to say Manning or Brady couldn't do that, but I know for a fact Ben Roethlisberger can.
