DRAFT TIM TEBOW AND GET AN O LINE!

1. Learn how to send games in OT. 3 times we failed to even get a game into OT.

2. Learn how to pick up a yard. 2 games loss and no OT because we couldn't get a friggin yard.

3. Don't let other teams sit there and CHALLENGE a big play...ya'know like that Colts game and Moats fumbles at the goalline...prbly a good idea to quick snap and run it right up the middle instead of letting the friggin 2 minute warning hit, and giving the Colts about 15 minutes to decide if they want to challenge a play or not.

4. Get a new Center.

5. Duct-tape + Football + Slaton = No more Fumbles.

6. Maybe time to move onto a new Center.

7. Stop not signing guys because they have one little blemish on their record. You have to be spotless to play on this team, this is a NFL team, not the boy scouts.

8. Replace Chris Meyers and get a new Center.

9. Umm...Who are the top projected Centers coming out of college?

10. Oh yeah...Owen Daniels and Demeco Ryans want their money. They have been asking about it and showing on the field they deserve it. So get those guys signed back up...and Franchise Dunta Robinson again just because he doesn't like it.

1. Ask Lovie Smith if he'll step down to Defensive coach. Explain the Peter principle with cartoons and graphs. Thank him for all he's done so far but be firm.

2. Call team meeting. Explain that despite some guys being talented...they are grossly overpaid. Ask for volunteers for contract restructuring...make list of those who don't/won't.

3. Make informative video explaining the plus side to accepting a field goal if the running game doesn't work inside redzone. Make Cutler perform it as a monolouge at next team meeting.

4. Hire Usain Bolt to visit practice on same day as Jerry Rice. Put all WR in room with them both for 4 hours. When it is time to go to lunch, fire anybody who doesn't sit with Jerry Rice.

5. Draft somebody we can nickname an appliance of some sort.

After the JaMarcus Russell experiment, i'd think you would want a more traditional QB like Bradford, Locker, or Clausen.

1 - Kill Al Davis, if it can be done

2 - Release everyone except Asomugha, McFadden, Miller, Higgins, Lechler, Possibly Huff and Seymour.
3 - Kill Al Davis

4 - Hire a real head coach

5 - Have Tom Cable Eat Al Davis

6 - Stop signing old crappy players with chronic knee problems

7 - Kill Al Davis

8 - Stop making trades where you give up a first rounder

9 - Kill Al Davis (Again)

10 - Stop Drafting players based on their 40

11 - Tell Cable Davis is a woman so he will beat him.

That is how I would fix them.
