Fire Zorn
draft O-line
draft a MLB for the future
draft a CB
draft a RB
Cut Casey Rabach, (dont' know why he's still on the team)

Don't know what to do with Jason Campbell. with a decent line I think he can be good. Guess I'll let him and Brennan battle it out during preseason

After the JaMarcus Russell experiment, i'd think you would want a more traditional QB like Bradford, Locker, or Clausen.
Tebow and Russell are like polar opposites. Russell has all the natural talent in the world but just doesn't care about football; Tebow has none of the things you look for in a QB but has Hall of Fame work ethic. I suppose the best way to fix the Raiders would be to combine the two. TeMarcus Rebow? Jim Tussell?

Also, call me crazy but I think Jason Campbell could work for the Panthers. He's pretty good at protecting the football and has the arm to utilize Steve Smith. If the coaching staff got their heads on straight, Campbell could be a quality QB for the Panthers next year.

Actually, I probably shouldn't specify Bradford because I think injuries have made him a mid-1st rounder and the Browns are going to be picking in the front end. Doesn't that pick have to be a QB though?
Absolutely not.

In fact, the Browns shouldn't even consider drafting a QB until they have a team that can support him.

That's how Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco succeeded and that's how many other teams will succeed with rookie QBs.

Their first pick SHOULD be Eric Berry, Suh or trade down. The Browns need so much help, I doubt I could fix them.
